Raise Your Vanilla Blonde Latte and Cheers to this …
You, in the near future, living the life of your dreams – feeling confident enough in your skin to say YES to new adventures.
YES … to last-minute vacations with your besties and fam (bikinis and all).
YES … to date night where wine flows and the dessert’s shared (who says balance can’t be the ultimate plus-one).
YES … to ditching the fear and striking a confident pose in photos, ready to create the unforgettable “You had to be there” stories (because life’s best celebrations are just getting started).
What can you say? You’re young, free, and here to live your best life!
Too bad you’ve been doing more staying in than putting yourself out there lately.
Your inner social butterfly longs to fly free, but the drama from your symptoms keep holding you back
For one, your acne is suddenly out of control. (Did you miss the memo? Did someone designate you the poster child for adult acne without you knowing?)
Or, maybe it’s the anxiety around food.
French fries sound so tempting, but the mental gymnastics that come with deciding whether to eat them are exhausting: ‘If I eat the fries, will I gain weight? Will I regret it later? Do I need to overcompensate somehow?’
This constant back-and-forth is driving you crazy, making food feel like the enemy instead of something to enjoy.
But here’s the thing: you deserve to enjoy life without fear or shame attached to every bite. It’s time to take back control and find peace with your choices, one step at a time."
There are other issues too – symptoms you can’t explain – and it’s really doing a number on your self-confidence.
Not that you want anyone to be stuck in this role, but you feel like the unsexy friend in your group… and it sucks.
ADD THESE TO THE LIST OF
Things You Used to Love, But Now Hate:
✔ CLOTHES SHOPPING
Remember the fun of browsing Zara or J.Crew, finding pieces that made you feel great? Now, it feels like nothing fits quite right, and those harsh fluorescent dressing room lights seem to magnify every insecurity, making it harder to feel good about your body.
✔ GOING ON VACATION
You’d rather do *literally* anything else but put on a bathing suit right now, especially with the weight struggles, hormonal imbalance symptoms or body image issues. It’s exhausting hiding behind a cover-up in the sweltering heat, just trying to avoid feeling self-conscious.
✔ BEING INTIMATE
You’ve got unwanted hair growth around your nipples and chin, which isn’t exactly doing wonders for your confidence in bed. It’s also hard to be in the moment when ALL your focus is on sucking in your stomach for an “effortless” flat belly.
✔ GETTING YOUR PICTURE TAKEN
You love going out, but you dread all the photos going on social media the next morning. It’s exhausting trying to find the perfect angle to hide those tricky spots you have a love hate relationship with or the right filter to blur your acne.
It’s not like you haven’t tried to fix the problem.
You’ve been there— following advice from some big social media influencers (which was fun at first…until it led to food fear and confusion overload) and jumping into trendy bootcamps or those cult-favorite SoulCycle classes, only to find yourself stuck in a cycle of extremes. Maybe you’re the type who pushes herself to work out 7 days a week and cuts out every 'bad food,' only to end up with a strained relationship with food.
Or maybe you go all-in for a few days to tackle that stubborn hormonal weight gain, but soon enough, it’s like you’re a kid in a candy store, giving in to every craving.
It’s exhausting—but it doesn’t have to be. There’s a healthier, more balanced way to feel amazing, without the rollercoaster ride.
I’ll give you tactical, science-backed solutions to regulate hormones, manage insulin resistance, and heal your relationship with food. Together, we’ll overcome food fears, cravings, and challenges like adult acne, autoimmune diseases, fertility struggles, and stubborn weight.
Whether it’s overeating or an eating disorder, you can achieve your goals—without feeling trapped in a restrictive, soul-draining cycle.
You deserve a balanced, healthier approach that supports both your body and mind.

How My Coaching Is Different:
I customize my coaching to YOU.
Don’t you hate it when you join a wellness program with about 1,549 other people and you’re all going through the same *impersonal* training videos? With my 1:1 coaching, there’s no set curriculum and school is NOT in session! I tailor everything to your needs – to who you are, how you live, and what goals matter most to you.
I give you everything you need to succeed.
I provide you with personalized tools (like grocery lists, meal plans, handouts, etc.) to easily bring healthy nutrition into your day-to-day life. If you need something super specific – like a tasty shrimp recipe you can make in under 15 minutes – I’ve got you! You can also email me in between coaching sessions for added support, accountability, and cheerleading (because not every day is going to be a “That was easy!” day.)
I can relate to ALL of your struggles.
I’m not just a Registered Dietitian who specializes in women’s health; I’m currently living with PCOS and have struggled with other health challenges. (More on my story below.) I can get you results because I know what works. I’m my own walking, talking case study and I’ll never suggest anything to you that I haven’t tried myself.
I provide a complete wellness experience.
Along with being a Registered Dietitian, I’m a certified Confidence Coach. I’m also certified in Mindful Nutrition, Yoga, and Lagree Pilates. This means I’m able to offer a holistic wellness experience that strengthens your mind, body, and soul. You also benefit by having just ONE trusted coach versus investing more money in multiple coaches to serve individual purposes.
What’s Confidence Got to Do With It?
Newsflash: Becoming your healthiest self is an inside job.
Before you can drop those love shopping at Zara again or not worry about what to order at a restaurant, you’ve got to believe you’re TRULY worthy of the healthy body and life you want.
(Many people say they deserve better but don’t actually mean it.)
In my nutrition counselling sessions, we go deep to explore your self-value and the dreams you have for yourself. I also help you remove destructive phrases from your vocabulary that can keep you stuck in a cycle of defeat. You know the ones …
“I can’t.”
“What if I fail?”
“When the time is right.”
“It’s not realistic for me.”
Rewriting your self-talk and choosing nourishing foods every day says, “I love you, I’m worthy, I’m valued.” And that’s where the magic happens.
“I absolutely love working with Maddie.”
"Maddie has been my dietitian for about a year and a half and she has been awesome. I struggled with binge eating and symptoms of disordered eating. She has an infectious personality that allows me to feel like I can tell her anything without being judged. Essentially, I feel safe with her. Maddie has given me the tools to explore my urges of when I feel the need to binge with curiosity rather than shame and to feel confident when ordering food at a restaurant when I don’t know all the ingredients in the meal. The confidence she has instilled in me has given me back control of my life.”

More About Me
Hey, Maddie again! I’m a born-and-raised New Yorker, European travel lover, and nutrition-friendly cocktail maker for my friends.
I became a Registered Dietitian because I wanted to help women become the best version of themselves when struggling with challenges like hormonal imbalances, weight gain, autoimmune disease(s) insulin resistance and eating disorders.
When I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2009, I was given birth control and sent on my way.
That's it. No explanations. No next steps. Nothing.
When I started to get acne, found darker hair around my belly button, and gained around 10 pounds almost overnight, I felt alone and embarrassed.
Since 2020, I’ve dedicated my life to learning everything I can about hormonal imbalances, eating disorders, autoimmune diseases and weight issues. My research, including a two-year thesis on how hormonal imbalances affect men and women, confirmed what I suspected—there’s a powerful link between nutrition and hormones. It’s not always black and white, but I find the grey areas fascinating.
I’ve been where you are, and I’m here to help.
I’ve walked this road, and I’m here to help you through yours. I understand the emotional, mental, and physical toll these health issues take because I’ve been there. But I’ve also found the light at the end of the tunnel and want to guide you toward it.(You shouldn’t have to waste HOURS on “Google University” looking for answers … only to resurface with conflicting and confusing information!)
Just know I’m also here to help boost your self-worth.
As soon as you realize that being in a healthy place is a choice, not a punishment, life can be so much easier. I’ll help you appreciate your body and make nutrition choices that say, "I love you" to yourself. It might feel uncomfortable at first, but it’s a crucial step to feeling happy, healthy, and sexy.
Are you in?

“I finally feel at peace.”
"I suffer from PCOS and a history of anorexia which completely alerted my way of living. Having a complicated history with food made me nervous to see a dietitian but … I can't even explain how much Maddie has helped me. When I sought treatment from Maddie for PCOS and anorexia, she heard and listened to me. She did not pressure me to try anything I did not feel comfortable with. She promoted building trust with one another while going through this journey together. One year later, I not only have gained so much knowledge about how to manage my PCOS and also how to recognize when the Eating Disorder brain is talking but, I am one year into remission from anorexia. I finally feel at peace. And, what is so cool about working with Maddie is that she has so many tricks up her sleeves during sessions- we did food exposure therapy together a couple of times, created a vision board reflecting how I want my nutrition lifestyle to look like and even used meditation to help me not feel overwhelmed when I eat. ”

“Maddie is so knowledgable about how nutrition affects the female body. And, what is even better is that Maddie's advice has helped my hot flashes! I can finally have a good night’s sleep without being interrupted by a hot flash.”
– Liz L.

You’ve done nothing wrong… Zero. Zip. Zilch.

Whether you just want to test out a single coaching session or go all in with a three-month package, I’ve got you.
You deserve to feel happy, healthy, and sexy. Every day. On your terms.
